The Double Series consists of two novels, Double and its spin-off, Double Fault. A JE Alternate Universe series about high school basketball, both fics mainly revolve around the relationships of the students from Waseio High.

Why 'Double' and 'Double Fault' ?

The key word 'double' is a term in basketball (breaking of a rule in basketball where the same person bounces a ball, picks it up, then bounces it again), as well as part of the tennis term 'double fault' (foul serves twice in a row). Aside from reference to both sports, in particular basketball, which are featured in the series, there is the idea of repeating errors, and the back and forth that characters go through in relationships. Which highlights the other point: double also refers to two, ie two people in any relationship.
